Question by Muttly: Is it okay to change the WordPress security keys once WP is installed?
I have WordPress installed but I’d like to change the keys (long story why). Is it okay to do so? Thanks in advance!

I honestly don’t know – but if you do change them you’re probably going to have to change them within the database itself thru phpmyadmin. Just changing them in the config file may or may not work. If you go this route – make a backup of the config file.
I think you might be better off asking at the wordpress forum.

Question by Sid: If I set up my own blogging web site. Is it okay to copy and paste pics on my site to suppour my blogging?
How do I copyright my site?
How do I use a pic from other sites, if I hapened 2b blogging on something relating to that pics?

Your site is protected by copyright automatically from the moment you create it. You don’t have to do anything to get copyright protection.
You need permission from the creators of any pictures you use on your site. There are some very narrow exemptions for fair use in some jurisdictions (education, criticism, parody, etc.), but claiming fair use is risky and must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You can register the copyright of your site if you want, with the Library of Congress (in the United States). This isn’t necessary just to protect your site, but it gives you more options if you ever have to sue someone. See here for more details:
