Hey Jesse,

You can install WordPress in a subfolder of your main site like “Blog” and then link to it form your main site. That way, WordPress will just use the blog folder and your main site can stay intact.

I hope this helps!

Hi chris,

I am not sure what you mean by “downloaded”. If your goal is to make your site look like another site, the best way to do that is to use the theme they are using.

You can find that by viewing the source of the site, and looking for a line at the top that reads “wp-content/themes/”. The name of the theme is usually after this text. So if the site is using the default Twenty Ten theme, then it would read “wp-content/themes/twentyten”. Also, the theme name may be shown at the bottom of the site page.

Once you have the name of the theme, you can search for it on Google: “WordPress twenty ten theme” for example.

Another resource for free themes is here:

Good luck.

How do I get into paid blogging?

Question by Angelia: How do I get into paid blogging?
I’ve heard about people who get paid to blog. I love to write, so I think this could be a way for me to earn a little extra money. When I googled the topic, I got so many results it was hard to decide where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions about where I could start looking for blogging jobs? Thank you.
