Yes. You ftp wordpress files up. You do not want to use extensions with wordpress – the extensions will break. Do not publish wordpress files with Frontpage.

Is it okay to change the WordPress security keys once WP is installed?

Question by Muttly: Is it okay to change the WordPress security keys once WP is installed?

I honestly don’t know – but if you do change them you’re probably going to have to change them within the database itself thru phpmyadmin. Just changing them in the config file may or may not work. If you go this route – make a backup of the config file.

I think you might be better off asking at the wordpress forum.

If you go into you wordpress, under appearances you’ll find a HTML and CSS Editor that allows you to customize your site any way you want. If you know basic HTML you should be fine, and if not, I’m sure if you search there will be a plugin or 2 that can help you.
