Is this a free WordPress site hosted on WordPress.com or a .org WordPress website? There are some restrictions on animated gifs for WordPress.com. I’m going to assume that the .gif file you are talking about is already an animated .gif file. You should be able to add animated .gifs to WordPress posts without any problems. Make sure that in your Media upload window your Link URL window is pointing to the animated gif you uploaded to your uploads folder otherwise it is considered embedded and the animation will not work. In laymans terms you are just uploading the animated gif file to your uploads folder and when you insert the animated gif into your post you need to point to the actual gif file so that the animation will work correctly. FYI – Flash animation would be much better than an animated gif. ;)

How do I center a WordPress Reddle theme header image?

Question by K: How do I center a WordPress Reddle theme header image?
From what it looks like, it costs money to gain access to editing the coding of a WordPress theme. I can’t figure out at all if there’s a free way to gain access to the coding, but I really would like to know how to center the header image I’m using. Thanks!

How do I display an image over the entire webpage with wordpress?

Question by Evan: How do I display an image over the entire webpage with wordpress?
I’m using wordpress and I made a “coming soon” image on photoshop that I want to display on the entire webpage. What is the code and where do I put it to make this happen. It would also be nice if it automatically fit the page so there is no scrolling and none of the image ever gets cut off. Can anyone help me out? I have the image on Filezilla already.

after editing using photoshop save it in web supported image format like jpeg or png put in html image like below

##image title##

you can put css styling also such us width or height. after that paste it to any part of the page you want. because you are using wordpress you should use wordpress php template tags for url is

put this instead of “http://image/path/link/”
